SHIPPING POLICY

We utilize USPS for shipping which usually takes 5-7 business days after your order has been fulfilled. This may vary based on where you live.
 
Shipment times can vary based on the time of year. During the holiday season, USPS shipment delivery times can take up to 2 weeks.
 
Once your order has been fulfilled & shipment has taken place, we encourage you to track your shipment with the tracking information provided.
 
We understand that sometimes things happen during the shipping process, so please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.

Exchange Policy

Bayonet Ties does not issue refunds however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

You have 14 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

Your item needs to have the order number or proof of purchase.
